On March 10, 2017, HEAD foreign trade staff gave warm welcome to our Australian agent Mr. Hao
and his wife who have purchased four sets water jet cutting machine from us and cooperated with us
for four years. In order to publish our product and develop the market in Australia, they came to our
company to learn HEAD new products and water jet repair and maintenance.

The visit lasted for two days, on the first day our sale director made a training about product knowledge
and marketing experience ,on the next day our training center after-sales service manager made a training
about machine maintenance.Meanwhile,our agent also shared with us the use of local search engines in
Australia and customer search habits, both of us got  benefits. After two days of study, Mr. Hao had a very
complete understanding of our product, such as five-axis, automatic abrasive removal, etc. And he is very
confident of our our HEAD water jet in Australian’s stone cutting market. During the time Mr. Hao also went
to the assembly workshop, the test center to do the practice himself.
   
Our agent gave a very high evaluation to our engineers and thought they can count on us very much ,and be
confident of our further cooperation. HEAD water jet will develop a new market in the big market of Australia.
